The BMW R 12 nineT is a powerful motorcycle that rumbles happily down the road. Its braking power is excellent, and its agility around corners and through turns is sweet. This ride is sure to put a smile on your face, whether you go fast or slow. The upside-down fork is fully adjustable, and it’s got plenty of ground clearance. The cockpit is spacious.
The R 12 nineT is powered by an air/oil-cooled, 1,170 cc, four-stroke, dual overhead cam, flat-twin boxer engine. This powerhouse engine cranks out 109 horsepower at 7,000 RPM and 85 lb.-ft of torque at 6,500 RPM. Mixture control is electronic intake pipe injection, and the digital engine management system is BMS-O with throttle-by-wire.
