BMW Motorrad Debuts Dynamic Tech Updates to R1200GS Adventure

Several exciting updates have been announced by BMW Motorrad for its latest R1200GS model range of motorcycles. The updates include an exciting new instrument cluster with a 6.5-inch TFT screen offering a wide range of functions and a Rally pack featuring an Enduro-special short windshield and a race-style seat in BMW-Motorsport inspired colors. The RS1200GS Adventure also gets a Dynamic Pro Riding mode for improved performance and riding experience.

The new features of the BMW R1200 GS Adventure include:

A 6.5-inch TFT display accessed via a controller in the handlebar. A smartphone can be connected to provide navigation.
Optional emergency calls.
Optional connectivity.
Dynamic and Enduro Riding modes that can be selected with a coding plug. There are Pro versions of both, featuring dynamic brake lights, traction control and hill start.
Dynamic Electronic Suspension Adjustment with auto self-leveling function.
Keyless ignition.
Shift Assistant Pro.
A package for passengers with a standard windshield and seat.
LED auxiliary headlights
Rally motorsport-inspired seat

BMW has drawn from its motorsports history to present some brand-new color options for the BMW R1200GS Adventure. For example, an option for the latest model includes a new palette option of Cordoba Blue which has stunning gold brake calipers and a large logo on the colorful fuel tank.
